The rooms and room service are exceptional. The service is wonderful and helpful. Our coton de tuler enjoyed food, toys and a special pet bed.

Hotel is great, centrally located overlooking ski slopes and right beside the ski lifts, near shops and restaurants. Facilities and amazing as well as the reception and welcome we received. Rooms are spacious and very comfy. A special thanks to Sanja Glisic from the restaurant for all her help and efforts to provide everything we needed.

It is a great hotel, at amazing location. Room was beautiful. Food was really good, both for breakfast and dinner. Staff was friendly and very helpful. We had amazing time!

Perfect location and magnificent view! The room was excellent and the staff from the reception and the piccolos were very nice and very professional.

The hotel is modern, with great—probably the best location in Kopaonik. The facilities are great, it's clean, and there's a lot to do. Food was perfect as well. Overall, top of the line experience.
